Day ONE 甩肉日记一

the clock rang at 9.00am but it didn't work for me :(
Thus
I woke up late and postpone EXERCISE

Ate some biscuits after having porridge in the afternoon
Those biscuits which bought from Kuantan were really delicious and crispy
Cant stop eating

To heal my gultiness and respone to my promise
I did FIGURErobic for 20minutes


Tomorrow will start fast-walking 
20minutes maybe?
It is to warn my body to get ready for the routine

It's time to use measuring tape!!

如果说我写网志有什么坚持
我一定会放至少一张的picture在每一篇网志
会比较吸引吧
我是这么想
还有就是坚持alignment一定要在center
整齐
可尽量避免废话

至于对本身的部落格有什么了解
就是尽量把喜欢的可分享的东西
都分享出来
偶尔发泄不满
最近学会缩写粗口
优雅得不文明(瞎掰)
OMG
 也了解到自己的文笔(不上不下)
卡着了

想多些吸引的话题
人家才会愿意回来啊
有什么话题
普罗大众都ok的

有想过写一些类似大道理(what?)
说教
没新意

放弃

所以
先来个日记
偶尔来个同场加映

就这么决定
